READ Carefully: It will be necessary for you to sign this agreement upon check-in.

When registering, be sure you have accurately stated the number of guests in your cabin.

NOTICE: Tennessee Law (T.C.A., Sec 62-7-107) provided that procuring accommodations under false pretence is a crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment up to 90 days.

RESTRICTIONS: No Pets... No House Parties... No Receptions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with no refund.

1. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or anytime after. (No checks on day of arrival) Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless approved by office.

2. Refunds: No deposit returned unless a two week notice is given, $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. After 2 week period the deposit is non-refundable. No refund for early departure. No checks on day of arrival. 4 Bedroom cabins and up refund policy is as follows: Cancellation must be 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit $100.00, any time after 30 days you will forfeit the whole deposit. Large Lodges and cabins must pay half of their stay.

3. Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls to the cabin. If he/she does, guest is liable for said bill.

4. The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner’s furnishings and neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Some owners have locked closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the cabin.

5. As agents, we reserve the right to refund deposit, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, it is detrimental to the cabin.

6. Should the cabin be undergoing any major repairs, or the owner of the cabin elects to remove his property from Angel's View Cabin Rentals, the agency may substitute a comparable cabin at the original price if such a unit is open.

7. I, the renter, fully understand that the management will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to guests or for the loss of money; jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

8. I, the renter, agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the chalet to the satisfaction of the owner or his agents thru using my credit card.

9. Linens should be exchanged at office as needed. Any additional soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. is also available at the office.

10. Returned checks are automatically forwarded to a collection agency with an additional $50.00 handling fee.

11. Cabins that do allow pets will require a $100 Dollar pet deposit with $50.00 of that being fully refundable if there is no damage. All pets must be groomed before and kennel trained. You must let us know if you have a pet. We have cabins that are non-smoking and not pet friendly. DO NOT BE DISHONEST!!!!!!! Or there will be a penalty.

12. The owner and company renting cabins with private indoor swimming pools and hot tubs are not responsible for anyone drown, hurt, or any medical conditions incurred during your visit. These cabins should always have an adult accompanying any child swimming, because there is no life guard on duty. Rules and Regulations are beside hot tub. Please call office if water conditions are not correct; smell, clarity, and water level in both pool or hot tub.

When checking out each renter is responsible for leaving the cabin in order and kitchen clean before checking out. Please return keys to the office. Key box is by office door.
